Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it when possible.
